Consultation
We meet, listen, and decide together whether we are a fit.
Evaluation
A thorough diagnostic process, including biological, psychological, social, and family systems. Every treatment begins with an evaluation. We do not rush to label or prescribe before gaining a thorough understanding of what is actually happening.
Treatment
Therapy, medication if indicated, family involvement; all in one practice.

Our goal is simple: to support you and your family, provide relief from suffering, and create meaningful change.
We are a private-pay practice and do not participate in insurance networks. We are happy to provide a superbill after each visit, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
You can contact our office to schedule a brief initial phone consultation or an intake appointment. We'll help determine the best next step based on your needs.
We provide psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. Many of our patients are students, professionals, and families seeking diagnostic clarity and ongoing treatment.
We see patients across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood.
We treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions and symptoms across the lifespan, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, bipolar and mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and trauma-related conditions, as well as adjustment-related difficulties impacting school, work, or relationships.
For children and adolescents, the evaluation often includes time spent with the child or adolescent alone, with parents or caregivers alone, and together as a family. When helpful, the visit can be split into two sessions for a more comfortable and thorough process. The structure is flexible and tailored to what is most helpful for understanding the full picture.
Psychiatrists are medical doctors who can diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, and provide therapy. What is unique about our practice is that we offer both therapy and medication management together, allowing for integrated and coordinated care. We also consider medical and neurological factors that may contribute to symptoms.
Whether you're a parent worried about your child, a teen struggling to make sense of things, or an adult feeling overwhelmed, it's common to wonder if what you're experiencing is "enough" to seek help. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That's what we do together. If your child is struggling with anxiety, sadness, irritability, mood changes, behavioral issues, difficulty at school, difficulty with friendships or relationships, or anything that feels outside the norm and isn't improving, a psychiatric evaluation can help clarify what's going on and what kind of support would help most. You don't need a referral. A complimentary 15-minute consultation is a good first step.
